Our team brings decades of combined experience in high-end residential construction, multifamily development and strategic real estate investment across the greater Los Angeles area.

David Mas

DESIGN & construction

David has 25 years of experience in Construction. with expertise that spans the full project lifecycle, from project budgeting, design development, and value engineering through field operations, allowing him to guide projects seamlessly from early-stage planning through on-the-ground execution.

Carlos Sanchez

preconstruction & project management

Carlos has 17 years of experience in construction management for single family and multifamily development,. Carlos leads project operations at LUXE. This includes preconstruction, budgeting, planning, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, and contract execution.

Brenda Mas

OPERATIONS & FINANCE

Brenda brings 24 years of experience in single-family and multifamily development & management. She specializes in entitlements, financing, and stabilization of new construction projects.
